Phil McNulty is a Co-Founder of ProConnections, Inc. and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He is also a member of the Board of Directors who, along with the other members, is charged with establishing the strategic direction of the company. Phil is responsible for all the finance, compliance and HR areas as well as the day-to-day management of sales and marketing.
Prior to joining ProConnections, Phil had a successful 26 year career in the banking industry. He held senior management positions in Finance, Community Banking, Residential Mortgage Lending and Commercial Lending. As a senior manager, he was heavily involved in all aspects of business line management including strategic planning, sales and marketing plan development and business line management.
Phil’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley College. In addition, he completed several industry specific certifications specifically related to the financial services industry. He has served as a member of the board of directors on several non-profit organizations including the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association, Community Council of Greater Springfield, Waterbury Housing Fund and the Canton, CT Youth Soccer Association.
